Surte IS IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sävsjö IBK with 0-2. In the Final, Hovslätts IK won over Ekängens IF Linghems SK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4.
