In addition to Storvreta IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Storvreta IBK could be found in Group D together with Sundborns GoIF, Dingtuna Orange and Skövde IBF.

Storvreta IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Torshälla IBK with 0-4. In the Final, Danderyds SK won over Onyx IBS and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4.
