Ekängens IF was one of 154 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2022. They participated with 6 teams in Pojkar Blå D (f. 2012-2013) 9-10/4, Pojkar Blå B (f. 2010-2011) 9-10/4, Pojkar Röd G (f.2009) 1-3/4, Flickor Blå B/C (f.2011-2013), Flickor Blå A (f.2010-2011) 9-10/4 and Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4 respectively. The team in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Hovslätts IK by 1-3.

Ekängens originates from Linköping, which is the same city as where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around LINKÖPING does also provide 27 additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2022 (Among others: Tjällmo IF, Solfjäderstaden, Strömmen IF (FUB Norrköping), Linghem SK F10/11, IF Blåklinten, Linköping Ungdom P12/22 Södra, Ekängen IF, Linköping IBK Ungdom P11:15, Linköping IBK Ungdom P15-16 Ullstämma and Ledberg Innebandy).
