IFK Gnesta was one of 154 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2022. They participated with three teams in Pojkar Röd G (f.2009) 1-3/4, Pojkar Röd H (f.2009-2010) 1-3/4 and Flickor Röd C (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 respectively. The team in Flickor Röd C (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Band won it over Vendelsö IK by 4-2.

In addition to this, IFK Gnesta have participated in Linköping Floorball Games before. During Linköping Floorball Games 2021, IFK Gnesta had two teams playing in Flickor Blå A (f.2009-2010) 10-11/4 and Flickor Röd B (f.2005-2006) 9-11/4 respectively.

IFK Gnesta comes from Gnesta which lies approximately 120 km from Linköping, where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around Gnesta does also provide five additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2022 (Onyx P07 Nyköping, Onyx IBS, Onyx IBS Lag svart, Onyx and Nykvarns IF).
