In addition to Tungelsta IF, 11 other teams played in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tungelsta IF could be found in Group C together with Hovslätts IK, IBF Kolmården and Surte IS IBK.

Tungelsta IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Arboga IBK with 0-3. In the Final, Vimmerby Ibk Röd D won over Nykvarns IF F09/10 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4.
