In addition to Sigtuna IF, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd E (f.2008) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Sigtuna IF Blå could be found in Group C together with Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77, Westerviks IBK and Täby FC Östra.

Sigtuna IF Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:86 with 3-4. In the Final, Fagerhult Habo IB won over Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:86 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd E (f.2008) 1-3/4.
