In addition to the two IBF Älvstranden teams, 10 other teams played in Pojkar Röd F (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Älvstranden Vit could be found in Group B together with Onyx ONYX P08 lag DC, Westerviks IBK and Västerhaninge IBK.

IBF Älvstranden Vit continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Torshälla IBK with 2-9. In the Final, Vallentuna IBK won over Westerviks IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd F (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4.
