In addition to IBK Bergum, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2009-2010) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IBK Bergum P08/09 could be found in Group C together with Bergs IK, Nacka IBK P10 #1 and Torshälla IBK.

IBK Bergum P08/09 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:93 with 0-2. In the Final, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:93 won over Ledberg Innebandy and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd H (f.2009-2010) 1-3/4.
