In addition to Bergs IK, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2005-2006) 8-10/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bergs IK could be found in Group A together with ROSERSBERG-Arlanda IBK, Dingtuna Svart and Linköping IBK Ungdom Utv-svart.

Bergs IK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ledberg Innebandy with 0-1. In the Final, Hässelby 1 won over Ledberg Innebandy and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd A (f.2005-2006) 8-10/4.
