In addition to the two Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:71/08:86 could be found in Group B together with Nykvarns IF, Säffle SK and IBK Kungälv.
Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:71/08:86 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IBK Kungälv, which they won with 2-0.
