Solfjäderstaden IBK was one of 157 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2023. They participated with two teams in Flickor Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4 and Dam 14-16/4 respectively. The team in Dam 14-16/4 made it to the the Placeringsmatch 3:e plats in Slutspel Aand won it over IBK Mantorp D2 by 2-1.

In addition to this, Solfjäderstaden IBK have participated in Linköping Floorball Games before. During Linköping Floorball Games 2022, Solfjäderstaden IBK had three teams playing in Pojkar Blå B (f. 2010-2011) 9-10/4 and Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4 respectively. The team in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Hovslätts IK by 1-3.

Solfjäderstaden IBK comes from Motala which lies approximately 39 km from Linköping, where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around Motala does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2023 (Ledbergs IBF, Ekängens IF F10/11, Bergs Ik, IBF Linköping, Ekängen/Linghem, Mjölby IBK Flickor Blå F10-12, Ledberg IBF, Askersunds innebandyklubb, IBK Mantorp and Solfjäderstadens Innebandy).
