Skövde IBF was one of 157 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2023. They participated with three teams in Pojkar Röd F (f.2009-2010) 31/3-2/4, Pojkar Röd C (f.2008) 31/3-2/4 and Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4 respectively. The team in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Hovslätts IK F-08/09 by 3-4.

In addition to this, Skövde IBF have participated in Linköping Floorball Games before. During Linköping Floorball Games 2022, Skövde IBF had three teams playing in Pojkar Röd D (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4, Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4 and Flickor Röd C (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in Slutspel B; Pojkar Röd D (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 lost against Nykvarns IF by 0-6 and Flickor Röd C (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 F07/08/09 lost against IFK Gnesta by 0-2.

Skövde IBF comes from Skövde which lies approximately 100 km from Linköping, where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around Skövde does also provide three additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2023 (Fröjereds IF, Ibk Lockerud and Skara IBK).
