In addition to the two Nacka IBK teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2010-2011) 31/3-2/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Nacka IBK #1 could be found in Group E together with FBI Tullinge P10, IK SIRIUS IBK FBC and Hjulsbro IK 2010/2011.

Nacka IBK #1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vallentuna IBK 2 with 2-3. In the Final, Marieberg SK P10 won over Nacka IBK #99 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd H (f.2010-2011) 31/3-2/4.
