In addition to Älvstranden, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd F (f.2009-2010) 31/3-2/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Älvstranden could be found in Group C together with Sigtuna IF IBK, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:93 and Westerviks IBK.

Älvstranden continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ledbergs IBF with 2-7. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won over Strängnäs IBK 2009/2010 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd F (f.2009-2010) 31/3-2/4.
