In addition to Sävsjö IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Sävsjö IBK could be found in Group C together with Linköping IBK Ungdom Lag 71, KAIS Mora and Huddinge IBS.

Sävsjö IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Kungälv with 1-4. In the Final, Tenhults IF won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4.
