In addition to Sigtuna IF IBK, 12 other teams played in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sigtuna IF IBK could be found in Group C together with Ekängen/Linghem, Ekeby IF, Hovslätts IK F-08/09 and Endre IF.

Sigtuna IF IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ekängen/Linghem with 1-2. In the Final, Värmdö/Ingarö won over Ekängen/Linghem and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4.
