In addition to Rimforsa If, 12 other teams played in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Rimforsa If could be found in Group B together with Karlskoga IBF, Värnamo IK F0809 and Värmdö/Ingarö IF.

Rimforsa If continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Värmdö/Ingarö with 1-4. In the Final, Värmdö/Ingarö won over Ekängen/Linghem and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4.
