In addition to Ledberg IBF, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ledberg IBF P11-12 could be found in Group A together with Fagerhult Habo 1, IBF Roslagsalliansen and Eken IBK.

Ledberg IBF P11-12 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Fagerhult Habo 1 with 3-4. In the Final, Fagerhult Habo 1 won over IBF Roslagsalliansen and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4.
