In addition to the two Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P12:22 could be found in Group B together with SK Vide, Järfälla Bele IBK and Fagerhult Habo 2.

Linköping IBK Ungdom P12:22 continued to Slutspel C after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P12:21 with 2-3. In the Final, Bk Halna won over Linköping IBK Ungdom P12:21 and became the winner of Slutspel C in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4.
