In addition to Väsby AIK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Väsby AIK Röd could be found in Group A together with Jönköpings IK Utveckling Vit, Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 and Varla IBK.

Väsby AIK Röd continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sävsjö IBK with 1-4. In the Final, Sävsjö IBK won over Gropen IF Gropens IF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4.
