In addition to Varla IBK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Varla IBK could be found in Group A together with Jönköpings IK Utveckling Vit, Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 and Väsby AIK Röd.

Varla IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Duvbo IK svart with 1-3. In the Final, Duvbo IK svart won over Täby FC P08 Tibble and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4.
