In addition to Westerviks ibk, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Westerviks ibk Wibk P07 could be found in Group E together with Täby FC P08 Tibble, FBC Vinga and Gropen IF Gropens IF.
Westerviks ibk Wibk P07 continued to Slutspel C after reaching 3:rd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FBC Vinga with 1-2. In the Final, Jönköpings IK Utveckling Vit won over FBC Vinga and became the winner of Slutspel C in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. Westerviks ibk also participated in Pojkar Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4 during Linköping Floorball Games 2023.
