In addition to Landvetter IBK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Landvetter IBK could be found in Group F together with Enköpings IBK, Täby FC - Valla A and Skövde IBF 07/08.

Landvetter IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Gropen IF Gropens IF with 2-4. In the Final, Sävsjö IBK won over Gropen IF Gropens IF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4.
