In addition to the two Fbc Kalmarsund ungdom teams, 10 other teams played in Flickor Röd D (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Fbc Kalmarsund ungdom 1 could be found in Group A together with Bergs IK, Endre IF F11 and Sirius IBK.

Fbc Kalmarsund ungdom 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBC Sollentuna F11-12 Vit with 0-5. In the Final, Sirius IBK won over FBC Sollentuna F11-12 Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor Röd D (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4.
