In addition to Skogås-Trångsund IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skogås-Trångsund IBK could be found in Group E together with Uppsala Life IF, IFK Gnesta and Brokinds IF 2011/2012.

Skogås-Trångsund IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Uppsala Life IF with 3-5. In the Final, Fagerhult Habo 1 won over IBF Roslagsalliansen and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4.
