In addition to Täby FC F09, 11 other teams played in Flickor Röd B (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Täby FC F09 could be found in Group A together with Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK, Hofors IBK and KatrineholmIBF.

Täby FC F09 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vaksala Sk Gul with 1-5. In the Final, Vaksala Sk Gul won over BKI Sunnanå and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor Röd B (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4.
