Ekängens IF was one of 163 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2024. They participated with 9 teams in Pojkar Grön B/C (2016-2018), Pojkar Grön A (f.2015-2016) 20/4, Pojkar Blå D (f. 2014-2015) 6-7/4, Pojkar Blå B (f. 2012-2013) 6-7/4, Pojkar Röd F (f.2010-2011) 5-7/4, Flickor Grön A/B (f.2015-2017) 6/4 and Flickor Blå B/C (f.2013-2015) 6-7/4 respectively. The team in Pojkar Röd F (f.2010-2011) 5-7/4 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel B, but lost it against IFK Haninge by 1-3.
In addition to this, Ekängens IF have participated in Linköping Floorball Games before. During Linköping Floorball Games 2023, Ekängens had 8 teams playing in Pojkar Grön A (f.2014-2015) 1/4, Pojkar Blå D (f. 2013-2014) 15-16/4, Pojkar Röd H (f.2010-2011) 31/3-2/4, Pojkar Röd E (f.2009) 31/3-2/4, Flickor Grön B (f.2015-2016) 15/4 and Flickor Blå B (f.2012-2013) 15-16/4 respectively. The team in Pojkar Röd E (f.2009) 31/3-2/4 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Aand won it over Skattkärrs IK by 3-2. Ekängens originates from Linköping, which is the same city as where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide 29 additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2024 (Among others: Brokinds IF, IBK Mantorp, KFUM Norrköping, Rimforsa IF, Linghems SK, IBF Linköping, Borensberg IBC, Vidingsjö Moif p14, Vidingsjö MOIF and Hjulsbro IK).
