In addition to Frötuna IBF, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Frötuna IBF could be found in Group E together with Täby FC Östra, Skälby/Tillberga Västerås and Obbola IK.

Frötuna IBF continued to Slutspel C after reaching 4:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBF Älvstranden with 0-4. In the Final, IBF Älvstranden won over Frölunda IBK 08/09 and became the winner of Slutspel C in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4.

Frötuna IBF comes from Uppsala which lies approximately 200 km from Linköping, where Linköping Floorball Games takes place. The area around Uppsala does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Linköping Floorball Games 2024 (Sirius IBK, Sigtuna IF IBK, Storvreta IBK Ungdom, Björklinge BK, Stenhagens KK, SK VIDE, Vaksala Sk, Hagunda IF, Rosersberg Arlanda IBK and Uppsala Life IF).
