In addition to the two Fagerhult Habo teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Fagerhult Habo 2 could be found in Group B together with SK Vide, Linköping IBK Ungdom P12:22 and Järfälla Bele IBK.

Fagerhult Habo 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fagerhult Habo 1 with 3-4. In the Final, Fagerhult Habo 1 won over IBF Roslagsalliansen and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd H (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4.
