In addition to IBK Köping, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBK Köping could be found in Group A together with Linköping IBK Ungdom 08:88, Frölunda IBK 08/09 and Duvbo IK röd.

IBK Köping continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Landvetter IBK Wings with 3-6. In the Final, Skälby/Tillberga Västerås won over ÖSK Ungdom and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4.
