In addition to the two Älvsjö AIK IBF teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Älvsjö AIK IBF P09 BLÅ could be found in Group C together with Brokinds IF, Ingelstad IBK and Ale IBF.
Älvsjö AIK IBF P09 BLÅ continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ingelstad IBK with 2-3.
