In addition to Storvreta IBK Ungdom, 15 other teams played in Flickor Röd A (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Storvreta IBK Ungdom F09 Svart could be found in Group B together with Jönköping IK, IBF Tranås and Falkenbergs IBK.
Storvreta IBK Ungdom F09 Svart made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK, which they won with 6-0.
