In addition to Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK, 11 other teams played in Flickor Röd B (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK could be found in Group A together with Täby FC F09, Hofors IBK and KatrineholmIBF.
