In addition to Särö Seahawks, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Särö Seahawks could be found in Group D together with IBF Offensiv Lidingö, Westerviks innebandyklubb and Skälby/Tillberga Västerås.

Särö Seahawks continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Husar with 0-1. In the Final, Öjaby Sport IBK P09-10 won over Ingelstad IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd D (f.2009-2010) 19-21/4.
