In addition to Sävsjö IBK, 11 other teams played in Flickor Röd D (f.2011-2012) 5-7/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sävsjö IBK could be found in Group C together with FBC Sollentuna F11-12 Vit, Ledberg IBF F10-12 and Hjulsbro IK F-2012.
Sävsjö IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fbc Kalmarsund ungdom 2 with 1-4.
