In addition to Eken IBK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eken IBK could be found in Group C together with Sävsjö IBK, Valbo AIF and IBF Offensiv P07/08.
Eken IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ibk kungälv with 1-2.
