In addition to Skälby/Tillberga Västerås, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skälby/Tillberga Västerås could be found in Group E together with Täby FC Östra, Frötuna IBF and Obbola IK.
Skälby/Tillberga Västerås made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group E. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against ÖSK Ungdom, which they won with 2-1.
