In addition to Nynäshamns IBK, 7 other teams played in Damjunior (f.2006-2007) 19-21/4. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Nynäshamns IBK could be found in Group A together with Ale IBF, HOVSHAGA AIF and Väsby AIK. Nynäshamns IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBF Dalen with 3-4. In the Final, IBF Dalen won over Väsby AIK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Damjunior (f.2006-2007) 19-21/4.
