In addition to Täby FC F09, 15 other teams played in Flickor Röd A (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Täby FC F09 could be found in Group C together with Sävsjö IBK, Särö Seahawks and Säffle SK.
Täby FC F09 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Sävsjö IBK, which they won with 4-0.
