Bjärreds IBK was one of 20 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2018. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 2005, Pojkar 2004 and Flickor 2003-2004 respectively. The team in Flickor 2003-2004 made it to the the Avslutningsmatcher A in Slutspel Band won it over IBK Lund F05/06 by 7-2.
