In addition to the two FC Helsingborg teams, 9 other teams played in Flickor 2003-2004. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Helsingborg Svart could be found in Group B together with Bjärreds IBK, IBK Lund Vit, Gårdarike IBK Blå and IK Stanstad F04/05 Vit.
FC Helsingborg Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lund Svart with 1-6.
