Kävlinge IBK was one of 15 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2019. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 2007. The team in Pojkar 2007 made it to the the 7-8 in Slutspel B, but lost it against Kävlinge IBK 1 by 4-5.
