In addition to the three IBK Lund teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Lund P06/07L could be found in Group B together with IBK Höllviken, Malmö fbc Svart, Malmhaug IBF 2 and IBK Lund Sandby Vit.
