In addition to the 5 IBK Lund teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Lund P06/07L could be found in Group A together with IBK Lund Svart Sandby, Åkarps IBK, IBK Lund Dalby 2, Kävlinge IBK 1 and IBK Höllviken Vit.
