IBK Lund was one of 15 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2019. They participated with 39 teams in all categories of the tournament. The team in Flickor 2004-2005 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Aand won it over Skurup IBK by 7-3.
In addition to this, IBK Lund have participated in Nova Open before. During Nova Open 2018, IBK Lund had 32 teams playing in all categories except Flickor 2005-2006. The team in Flickor 2003-2004 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against IBK Lund Svart by 1-2. IBK Lund comes from Dalby which lies approximately 13 km from Lund, where Nova Open takes place.
