In addition to the three IBK Höllviken teams, 9 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Höllviken Svart could be found in Group B together with IBK Genarp, IBK Höllviken Orange, IBK Lund Dalby 1, IBK Lund Grön Sandby and Kävlinge IBK 2.

IBK Höllviken Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Höllviken Vit with 5-6. In the Final, IBK Höllviken Orange won over IBK Höllviken Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 2007.
