In addition to the three FC Helsingborg teams, 5 other teams played in Flickor 2006-2007. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Helsingborg 06/07 Svart could be found in Group B together with IK Stanstad, IBK Lund DS and Bjärreds IBK 2.
FC Helsingborg 06/07 Svart made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IK Stanstad with 0-3.
