In addition to the four IBK Lund teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 2008-2009. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBK Lund Svart could be found in Group C together with Tygelsjö IK 1 1, Landskrona Falcons and IK Stanstad.

IBK Lund Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gårdarike IBK 1 with 1-4. In the Final, IBK Lund Grön won over Gårdarike IBK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 2008-2009.
