In addition to the two Lomma FBC teams, 6 other teams played in Pojkar 2008. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lomma FBC Lag 1 could be found in Group A together with Höllviken IBF HIBF, Åkarps IBK 1 and IBK Lund Grön.
