Bjärreds IBK was one of 24 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2022. Two teams played until in Slutspel B; Pojkar 2010 1 won over IBK Lund Röd by 6-3 and Pojkar 2010 2 won over IBK LUND P11 Dalby by 6-3.
